I've used 3 WCS and 2 Nanos in the lows before. For 1-2 ships, you've got enough warp strength to get out, and the nanos REALLY help align faster. (Not shuttle fast, but more like cruiser fast. Still better than the Itty V's concrete-brick-in-glue...

Also, don't forget "training time". If you set a 1 hour skill, and go offline, that skill stops training after an hour. There's no "auto-que" on skills. So, if you're going to be offline for a while, it's advisable to set a skill with a long train...

Look in your "..\EVE\cache\settings\" folder. I believe it's the .dat files. There seem to be multiple files, so grab them all and dump them into the same folder on your target box.

And don't forget the new "flagging" of ore theives. You get 20 minutes (20 right?) to hunt down and kill that person legally if they steal from your can. (Provided you have the ship and skills to do so....)
